3.1 Defective Hardware (Dead on Arrival)
If your gear arrives with a technical malfunction or physical damage, you have 7 days to initiate a “Respawn Ticket.” We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3.2 Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return:
- Hardware must be in its original, unopened packaging.
- All cables, manuals, and protective stickers must be intact.
- Items with broken “Warranty Seals” or visible signs of wear from intensive gaming sessions cannot be returned.
3.3 Refund Protocol
Once the returned unit is inspected at our tech hub, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
